A Hartford man is accused of taking much more than a doggy bag from a South Windsor restaurant.
Police said Alphonso Williams, 45, went into the Johnny Rockets in Evergreen Walk in 2011 and stole $900 worth of food.
He was identified because the crime was caught on surveillance video, police said.
Williams was charged with burglary and larceny and is due in court on Thursday.
