Some Frontier customers in Norfolk are experiencing service issues, according to Norfolk’s Emergency Management department.
Town officials said about 176 homes are affected and unable to place phone calls or access the internet. Frontier and the local 911 center are aware of the issues. Officials suggest residents keep a cell phone handy to dial 911 in case of an emergency.
There is no estimated time of restoration yet, town officials said. Frontier technicians are working to fix the problem.
