A man trying to get away from a gunman was shot in the buttocks in Hartford, police said.
The shooting happened near 89 Barbour Street around 11:06 p.m. on Monday. The victim was carrying items to his car, when the shooter approached him.
The man tried to run, but was shot in the buttocks when he tripped and fell to the ground.
The victim was not identified. His injuries are not life-threatening.
Police are looking for a male who was wearing a black-and-blue striped hoodie and carrying a long-barreled revolver.
