1 Dead in Rollover Crash on Route 190 in Union

The 51-year-old man who died while driving his car on Route 190 in Union on Monday night was not killed in the crash and his death is considered untimely, according to state police.

Police said Tuesday that Mark Sullivan, of Somers, was driving on Route 190 near Kinney Hollow Road off Interstate 84 eastbound when his pickup truck went off the road and into a ravine, rolling over.

Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene but police said he did not die because of injuries sustained in the crash. Police said the medical examiner performed an autopsy, but authorities have not released Sullivan's official cause of death.
