Stratford police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old Stratford man who was found dead at a Barnum Ave home early Saturday morning.
Police responded to 2063 Barnum Ave at 4:10 a.m. on a report of a male being shot.
When officers arrived to the scene they discovered Noel Gonzalez of Stratford on the front porch of the home dead from a gunshot wound.
According to the CT Post, neighbors reported hearing several gunshots around the time of the shooting. A neighbor told the paper that the home was often filled with noisy 18 to 22-year-olds and fights were common at the residence.
