Winning $1 Million Powerball Ticket Bought in Wilton to Expire Soon

If you bought a lottery ticket in Wilton for the May 2 Powerball drawing, you might be holding onto a piece of paper that’s worth $1 million and you only have a month left to cash it in to claim your prize. 

The winner bought the ticket at Georgetown Shell in Wilton and matched the first five numbers drawn. 

The winning Powerball numbers for May 2, were 5-14-31-40-50 and Powerball 6. 

If you won, you must claim the prize on or before Oct. 29 and you can do it by going to a CT Lottery retailer or CT Lottery Headquarters in Rocky Hill, where the retailer or the Lottery will validate the winning ticket through their terminal.
