The state’s attorney has dropped charges against two of six senior citizens facing charges after being arrested in a conservation area in Connecticut.
The couple, who are in their 80s, were facing breach of peace charges. They were arrested along with four others who police said were involved in lewd and sexual activity in the Grace Richardson conservation area in Fairfield earlier this month.
Police said the area was publicized on the internet as an area for people to meet and have sex. Investigators had set up surveillance in the area and observed several violations.
The status of the other cases was not immediately clear.
