A woman who was hit by a vehicle in West Hartford on Wednesday was cited by police.
Police said the woman was struck near 333 North Main St. around 11:44 a.m.
First responders treated the woman and she was brought to a hospital. Police said her injuries were not life-threatening.
The woman was issued a ticket for reckless use of the highway by a pedestrian.

North Main Street was briefly closed in both directions between Sims Road and Albany Avenue on Wednesday.
The West Hartford Police Department Traffic Division is investigating.
