Several crashes causes delays on the highways in Hartford on Friday morning.
Just as one round of crashes cleared in Hartford, there was another and a truck carrying 40,000 pounds of coffee beans broke down in the center lane of Interstate 91 North at exit 27 in Hartford.
The commute was a mess on both Interstate 91 and Interstate 84.
There were heavy delays on I-91 North and on both sides of I-84.
One crash was at exit 48 on Interstate 84 East.
Another was on I-84 West on the Bulkeley Bridge.
The other was at exit 33, the Jennings Road, on Interstate 91 North .
