Traffic was slow on Interstate 84 East in Hartford, as well as Interstate 91, Tuesday morning and it was not because of a crash. It was because a dog was on the highway and police were following it to catch it.
Traffic cameras show state police slowly following behind the dog.
When we last spoke with state police, the dog was off the highway and on the grass.
