Interstate 95 south in Norwalk has completely reopened after a tree fell and closed multiple lanes on Sunday afternoon.
The right and center lanes of I-95 south between exits 14 and 13 were closed, according to the state Department of Transportation.
There were delays of nearly 5 miles in the area between exits 17 and 13.
The highway has since fully reopened.
