The Hartford Yard Goats are getting ready to open Dunkin' Donuts Park and if you haven't already purchased a ticket, you might be out of luck for that game.
The Yard Goats announced Tuesday that the home opener on April 13 is sold out. Individual tickets went on sale earlier in the morning and all remaining seats for the highly-anticipated game sold out within 30 minutes.
The team says tickets are still available for the rest of opening week.
“We continue to be humbled by the overwhelming community support for our club as we put our individual game tickets on sale,” Yard Goats General Manger Tim Restall said. “This morning’s response from our great fans shows that this city is ready for baseball to return to Hartford.”
The Yard Goats will play 70 home games at the park in downtown Hartford. Ticket information for all other home games is available on the team's site.
The team previously announced its extensive promotional schedule.
Season tickets are still available by calling 860-246-4628. All premium section seaon tickets are sold out for 2017.
