Norwich police have arrested an Oakdale man accused of crashing into a school bus while driving under the influence.
Mark Ingves, 40, was arrested Thursday following a crash at North Main Street and Burnham Square, when Ingves’s vehicle collided with a First Student bus. None of the students on the bus were hurt.
Ingves was charged with failure to drive right, operating under the influence of drugs, and operating under suspension.
He was held on a $15,000 bond.
