A 29-year-old New Hartford man was injured in a crash in Torrington on Friday morning after losing control of his car and striking a small bridge, police said.
Jago Protz was traveling east on Route 202 early Friday morning when he hit a parked car and then the bridge, officials said.
He was rushed to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital with serious injuries. Police said the injuries are not life-threatening.
Part of the road was closed for several hours.
