Hartford police are investigating a shooting that injured one person Tuesday night.
Police are still investigating exactly where the shooting happened. The victim, a man, was shot in the leg and was alert and conscious when emergency crews arrived, according to police.
Investigators found the man after a traffic stop in the area of Wethersfield and Elliott streets. No other details were immediately available.
