Authorities in Berlin are investigating the illegal dumping of multiple barrels of what appears to be waste oil.
Berlin Fire responded to Route 5 at around 3 p.m. today after multiple people reported the suspicious barrels.
The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection is working on the scene, and no environmental impact has been reported.
