A pedestrian is injured after getting struck by a car in East Hartford on Saturday night.
Police said the car collided with the adult pedestrian on Hillside Street near Roberts Street.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital, authorities added. Police did not release details on his or her injuries.
According to officers, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
