A woman was seriously hurt when she was hit by a car in New Haven Friday.
Police said the crash happened on Middletown Avenue near Foxon Boulevard around 8:22 p.m. The woman, who was a pedestrian, suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The driver stayed on scene.
No other details were immediately available.
