All of Connecticut's state park beaches will be open for the Memorial Day weekend.

Connecticut has 23 state park beaches, including four shoreline parks, and 19 inland lakes and ponds. Water tests at all of the state parks have come back negative for bacteria, which means they will be open for swimming this weekend, according to the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

Areas like Hammonasset Beach State Park, Rocky Neck State Park and Squantz Pond State Park tend to fill up on holiday weekends.
