A serious crash on Interstate 91 south in Cromwell Tuesday evening closed an on-ramp to the highway and LifeStar responded.
The crash closed the Exit 21 off ramp, according to a tweet from state police.
State police tell people to avoid the area and expect delays.
There is no word on how many people LifeStar transported or the extent of the injuries.
