State police are investigating after a suspect in a mask robbed the Empire Buffet in Putnam Sunday afternoon.
Police said a male suspect entered the business located at 62 Providence Turnpike around 3:45 p.m. and stole cash and the cash register. The suspect then reportedly fled in a 2013 Toyota Venza with Massachusetts plates 3LHH986. The car was reported stolen from Massachusetts.
No injuries were reported.
