Wolcott Man Charged in Road Rage Incident

Bristol police have arrested a Wolcott man accused of threatening another driver during a road rage incident.

Police say Brett Cutler, 42, was driving on Barnes Highway Sunday and started yelling at another driver. He then pointed a gun at that driver, according to police.

Police say Cutler did have a valid pistol permit.  He had another adult and two small children in his vehicle at the time of in the incident.

Cutler was arrested and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
