A woman was tied up and robbed of jewelry and silverware in a New Canaan home invasion early Saturday morning.
Police responded to a home shortly after 1 a.m. on Lambert Rd after receiving a 911 call from a resident stating they had been robbed.
The victim told investigators upon arrival that she had been asleep and was awakened after midnight by a man removing a bracelet from her wrist police said. The victim was then bound and held down on her bed by one man while another man went through the home collecting items.
The woman was not injured during the robbery according to police.
