Food & Wine's 2012 Best New Chef was hosted at Famous Dave's BBQ, the former landmark Liberty Theater and neighbor to Madame Tussauds and Dave & Busters on 42nd St. A somewhat atypical location for the annual F&W soiree, the energy from the streets of Times Square was brought in and classed-up for an unforgettably fun and festive night.

Ciano's Shea Gallante and Atera's Matthew Lightner served two beautiful dishes at the front of the house: Burrata with angel hair and spring garlic pesto & fresh sheep's milk yogurt, dried fruit and chamomile. Both dishes had a real fresh bite and were the perfect start to the night.
