BBaller Hamilton Sues Former UConn Manager

Things are getting worse for Josh Nochimson.  He's already in the middle of allegations that he may have been a go-between for UConn athletics.

Now he's being sued by Richard Hamilton, the Detroit Pistons star is accusing Nochimson, who was his former business manager, of stealing $1 million from him.

The two met at UConn, where Hamilton led the Huskies to a title in 1999, while Nochimson was the team's student manager.

Hamilton's suit, filed in federal court in Pennsylvania, alleged Nochimson used his credit card to purchase airline flights, game tickets and other items.

Nochimson's attorney says he hasn't seen the lawsuit and could not comment.

He was accused in March of improperly helping guide basketball recruit Nate Miles to UConn by giving him lodging, transportation, meals and representation, which may have been in violation of NCAA rules.

At that time, Coach Jim Calhoun acknowledged that mistakes may have been made.

That investigation is continuing.
