Ingredients:
- Kielbasa
- Garlic, two cloves
- Flour, 1/4 cup
- Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hard boiled eggs
- Rye Horseradish
Instructions:
- Slow boil kielbasa in 6 cups of water, with 2 cloves of garlic for 20 minutes
- Remove Kielbasa and garlic
- Mix 1/4 cup flour to 1/2 cup water
- Slowly add to hot broth, stirring constantly
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide broth into bowls
- Add cut hard boiled eggs, kielbasa and rye bread pieces
- Garnish with a dab of horseradish
