Easter Buffet

Ingredients:

  • Kielbasa
  • Garlic, two cloves
  • Flour, 1/4 cup
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Rye Horseradish 

Instructions:

  • Slow boil kielbasa in 6 cups of water, with 2 cloves of garlic for 20 minutes
  • Remove Kielbasa and garlic
  • Mix 1/4 cup flour to 1/2 cup water
  • Slowly add to hot broth, stirring constantly
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Divide broth into bowls
  • Add cut hard boiled eggs, kielbasa and rye bread pieces
  • Garnish with a dab of horseradish
