Fresh Lemon-Basil Popsicles

Makes About 6

2 Cups Water
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Fresh Basil Leaves
¾ Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
Finely Grated Zest from 2 Lemons

Heat water and sugar until just boiling. Add the basil leaves, cover and let steep for 15 minutes.
Strain out basil leaves and stir in the fresh lemon juice and zest.
Let cool to room temperature and divide evenly into your popsicle molds.
Freeze fully for atleast 8 hours or  overnight. Un-mold using a little hot water and enjoy!
