Idol fan-favorite Jason Castro is live in Connecticut tonight. Hallelujah.

TRIPPY:  For some three decades, the Psychedelic Furs have been part of the music world.  Their hit album, "Talk Talk Talk" epitomized new wave/punk, complete with the roaring sax and keyboards.  Tonight, see the Furs back on stage, doing what they do best.  Enjoy an Evening With the Psychedelic Furs - Talk Talk Talk at the Fairfield Theatre Company at StageOne.  Tickets are $67.  The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

HEY NORTON:  He's one of the dirtier stand-up comics around (which is saying something), and one of the funniest.  Tonight, check out Jim Norton at Foxwoods.  Norton was inspired by the legendary Richard Pryor.  While he hasn't reached that level (and really, who could?) he's become one of the most popular comics in the industry, appearing regularly on the radio, the late night shows, HBO, etc.  He's even penned a pair of bestselling books.  Catch Norton's three-day, 5-show run starting tonight at 8 p.m.  tickets are $25-$45.

'LOCKED AND LOADED:  He became a hippie-heartthrob on season 7 of American Idol.  Tonight you can catch Jason Castro and his dreadlocks at Mohegan Sun.  Castro is taking part in the casino's Reality Check series.  Besides his hair, the singer/songwriter is best known for his rendition of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah." Tonight, he'll perform that song, plus others from his self-titled debut album, which entered the Billboard Digital Album Chart at #7.  And after his live performance in the Cabaret Theatre, Castro will stick around to sign autographs for all his adoring Idol fans.  The free show starts at 7 p.m.
