Biology Professor Has Been Missing Since December

Jarvis Smith, 39, an Adjunct Professor at the Housatonic Community College was last seen on December 28, 2013.

Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 39-year-old adjunct biology professor at the Housatonic Community College, who disappeared on December 28.

When Jarvis Smith's family last saw him, he was dressed for work in business attire, police said.

Smith is 5-feet-6 and stocky, weighing 190 pounds.

He is bald, clean shaven and wears framed glasses.

Police said they consider him as possibly endangered, but there is no immediate indication of foul play.
