Lanes on Route 8 going northbound are closed following a car accident.
A single vehicle rolled over just north of exit 38, police said. It is not clear how many people were involved in the accident or injuries.
Police are asking people to avoid exit 38 and instead get onto Waterbury Road and re-enter Route 8 north near the intersection with Route 6.
No other details were immediately available.
