A 43-year-old Norwalk man is dead after a shooting outside a sound stage at Leonard and Isaac streets on Thursday morning and police believe this was a homicide.
The victim has been identified as Jimmy Martinez and was found outside 16 Isaac Street.
Police received a 911 call at 2:16 a.m. from someone who reported a man down on the pavement on Leonard Street, near the SoNo Studios, according to the Associated Press.
The medical examiner responded to the scene and investigators said they do not yet know what led up to the shooting.
