New Haven police say they are looking for a burglar who goes by the name "Bob."
Police say a woman reported a break-in at about 2:30 a.m. Monday at her home on Eastern Street.
She told police that when she asked who was in her hallway, the man replied "Bob" before fleeing out a back door.
Police say no one who lives in the apartment knows Bob, who apparently entered through an unlocked front door.
Police say it does not appear anything was stolen from the apartment.
