The British clothing company behind the dress that became fodder for debate over its color is seeing green after stories about the product went viral. The creative manager for Birmingham-based Roman Originals said it took a half hour Friday for the company to sell out 300 available dresses on its website. The company tracked down additional inventory and expects to keep fulfilling orders through the day. The debate over whether the dress is blue and black -- yes, that's the real combination -- or white and gold spawned the hashtag #thedress. Now people are calling for a gold and white version and the company is looking into making one.
