Basics Cocktail Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- Course ground black pepper to taste
- A dash or two of Tabasco
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Adjust heat with black pepper and Tabasco.
Alternative Shrimp Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Course ground black pepper to taste
- A dash or two of Tabasco
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Adjust heat with black pepper and Tabasco.
