Regis Philbin – of "Live With Regis and Kelly" fame - and wife Joy are selling their 5,919 square feet home and have bought a roomier 13,500 square foot house with more land. The price? About $7 million, according to Greenwich Time and Cityfile New York.
His old one's on the market for $5.4 million.

Philbin bought the house from sportscaster Warner Wolf in 1992 for $2.5 million, Greenwich Time reports. He also has owns an apartment in Manhattan.
