Connect with the NBC Connecticut team at Southington’s 48th Annual Apple Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at the Town Green. Come and watch the NBC CT team march in the parade, alongside our weather vehicle, First Alert 1! The parade kicks off at 2pm.
The Apple Harvest Festival is a family event that offers live music and entertainment, food, contests, crafts, children’s activities and carnival rides. There is also a parade, an arts and crafts show and an evening fireworks display. Your experience won’t be complete until you try the famous and delicious apple fritters!
The two-weekend event is on September 30, October 1-2 and October 7-9, 2016. Admission is free.
