The bar (which makes some mean cocktails) has teamed up with the Junior League of Greater New Haven. You'll get in the door for $10 or a donation of women's slippers or a robe. It's a win-win: the donation scores YOU a ticket for a sake cosmo or some other cocktail of your choice.

Drink Up: When Cavey's Restaurant Upstairs in Manchester told us they were hosting a South of the Border party tonight, we were expecting some Cabo Wabo. Our bad. Instead, they're doing a South of the Border WINE tasting. For $25, you'll try five different wines with five small plates of food. Works for us.
