New Britain police are investigating a shooting that occurred at 109 Clark Street early Saturday morning.
Several officers were dispatched to the 3rd floor apartment on Clark Street around 12:30 a.m. where they located a 31-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man who lives at the residence was transported to an area hospital where he underwent surgery and is reported to be in stable condition.
Police have not released the name of the victim pending family notification.
