New Haven building inspectors have ordered the demolition of three more buildings as they inspect vacant buildings around the city to determine if they need to come down following the partial collapse at a building this week in downtown.

Seven building inspectors are set to take a look at about 3,000 properties around the city.

There are tear-down orders in place for three buildings, 8including one on Clifton Street that used to be a Habitat for Humanity House.

City building officials said getting through every single building in town could take three years.
