Wesleyan Public Safety Officer Accused in Videotaping Incident Due in Court

One of two Wesleyan public safety officers accused of videotaping a student inside her dorm room is due in court today.

Police said Richard Hodge, 35, of Hartford, told the detective that he videotaped a student and Michael Anderson, 34, of Middletown, told investigators that he received video of the student from Hodge.

Anderson was charged with disseminating voyeuristic material. He is due in court today.

Hodge was charged with two counts of voyeuristic recording of another person and disseminating voyeuristic material.  He is due in court next month.
