Westport firefighters responded to a car accident early Thursday morning and found a burning car perched on a stone wall.
The call came in for the accident on Wilton Road just after 3 a.m.
The flaming car was resting on top of a stone wall.
According to fire officials, the driver, who was the only person in the car, had gotten out of the car after the crash.
That person suffered injuries but fire officials did not reveal the extent of those injuries.
