A man from Bloomfield has died after a shooting in Hartford on Sunday morning.
Officers were called to Albany Avenue around 3:15 a.m. after getting a ShotSpotter activation.
When police arrived, they said they found 51-year-old Uriah Alexander, of Bloomfield. He was unresponsive and was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Lifesaving measures were attempted, but were unsuccessful. Investigators said Alexander was pronounced dead at the scene.
