Humidity will ramp up late Monday evening making conditions oppressively humid by Tuesday afternoon.
There is a thunderstorm threat Tuesday afternoon and evening with increased amount of instability.
Right now it appears a significant severe weather threat will exist just off to our south however it wouldn't take much for that threat to move into Connecticut as well.
For your Tuesday you should expect mostly cloudy and humid conditions with thunderstorms and showers moving in after the lunchtime hour and continuing into the evening.
Showers will linger into Wednesday before we clear things out by Wednesday afternoon.
