A man was transported to the hospital after a shooting in Hartford early Saturday morning.
Police said detectives were investigating a shooting near Broad Street and Ward Street around 2 a.m.
A man was taken to Hartford Hospital in a private vehicle, officers added.
Authorities did not release details about the extent of the man's injuries.
