Southington police said Tolo was found in Hartford Thursday afternoon and she was safe and sound.
Tolo's mother received a tip that Nyla had been spotted in the area of Keney Park in Hartford. Police officers and Tolo's mother went to the park and found her sleeping on a park bench, according to police. She was unharmed, they said.
