A 14-year-old was taken to the hospital after a driver hit the back of a school bus in Killingly Tuesday morning.
Police said a school bus was heading north on Route 12 and was stopped with the school bus stop sign and stop bar on and another driver was who was right behind the bus hit the back of it.
Twenty children were on the bus and one teen, a 14-year-old, was transported to be treated for minor injuries, state police said.
The driver of the vehicle that hit the bus was cited for failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
