A Griswold man was killed in a scooter accident in Griswold Wednesday night.
The crash happened in the area of 141 Norman Road.
According to state police, 33-year-old Justin Roode was driving an unregistered, under 50 CC's scooter on Norman Road around 8:24 p.m. when he hit a stone wall and was ejected from the vehicle.
Roode suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead on scene.
The road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
