Norwalk police have arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a juvenile.
Rafeal Reyes-Santos, 54, of Monterey Place in Norwalk, was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor after an investigation into a sexual assault that began earlier this month.
Reyes-Santos was held on a $500,000 bond and is due in court on June 19.
No other information was immediately available.
