Bridgeport police are actively investigating a report of a stabbing on Monday morning.
Officers were called to Capitol Avenue and Main Street around 7:45 a.m. after getting a preliminary report of a woman stabbed.
The extent of any injuries are unclear at this time.
The incident is active and the investigation is ongoing.
