Police have located a 5-year-old boy from Stamford who was the subject of a Silver Alert overnight.
Police say the alert was issued after a domestic incident Tuesday. The boy’s father, who does not have custody, reportedly took the boy.
The child had been dropped off at a Bridgeport home. Police said the person who had the child did not know there was an issue until they saw the alert and contacted police. The boy was OK and is being reunited with his guardian.
His father remains at large.
